Council offices:
The council offices will close at 5.15pm on Thursday 1 April. Payments to cashiers will be accepted to 5.00pm. The offices will re-open at normal hours on Wednesday 7 April.
Mornington Depot:
The Mornington Depot will close at 4.30pm on Thursday 1 April and will reopen at 7.30am on Wednesday 7 April.
After hours services:
For all emergency services after hours, including roads and stormwater, please ring 03 6217 9700.
Dog and animal control:
For urgent matters outside normal office hours, please ring the after-hours number on 03 6217 9700.
Garbage collection:
Normal collection of garbage, recyclables and green waste will take place over the Easter period, including Good Friday.
Collections will commence in all areas from 6.00am so residents are reminded that bins must be placed on the roadside before 6.00am.
Mornington Waste Transfer Station:
The Mornington Waste Transfer Station will be closed on Good Friday (2 April) and will be open from 8.30am until 4.00pm on the following days:
Saturday 3 April
Sunday 4 April
Monday 5 April
Other days will be as per normal operating hours (7.30am to 5.00pm weekdays, 8.30am to 4.00pm weekends and public holidays).
Rosny Child Care Centre:
The centre will close at 5.30pm on Thursday 1 April and re-open at 7.30am on Wednesday 7 April.
Children’s Services – Alma Street (Family Day Care, Outside School Hours Care and Holiday Care)
The Children’s Service office will close at 5.00pm on Thursday 1 April and will reopen at normal time on Wednesday 7 April.
The Holiday program will operate at Lindisfarne Primary School and Montagu Bay Primary School from Wednesday 7 April to Tuesday 20 April from 8.00am until 6.00pm.
Clarence Community Volunteer Service:
The Volunteer Service will close at 2.30pm on Thursday 1 April and will reopen at 9.00am on Thursday 8 April.
Schoolhouse Gallery and Rosny Farm:
The complex will be closed over the Easter period 2-6 April inclusive and will resume normal operating hours on Wednesday 7 April, which are Wednesday to Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm.
Youth Services:
The Youth Services office will close at 5.00pm on Thursday 1 April and will reopen on Wednesday 7 April at 9.00am.
