NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE PUBLIC LAND
9 Calverton Place, South Arm
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 the Clarence City Council gives notice of its intention to lease an area of land at 9 Calverton Place, South Arm to the South Arm Men’s Shed Inc. for the construction and use as a men’s shed. The lease term will be for 10 years with an option for a further term of 10 years.
A plan of the area is available at the Council offices and on the Council website www.ccc.tas.gov.au.
Any objection to the proposed leasing of this public land may be made in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Monday 8 November 2021.
