Our City Planning Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills, as well as highly developed communication and report writing skills.

In this role, you will be working on a wide range of planning proposals, contributing to various planning studies and projects, as well as mentoring less experienced team members, and leading process reviews for continuous improvement of our procedures and services.

About you

  • Suitable tertiary qualification in urban & regional planning or an associated field.
  • Strong experience in providing reliable and sound advice in relation to planning matters and demonstrated knowledge of legislation and policy relevant to planning processes.
  • Experience in mentoring knowledge development on complex planning matters.

What we offer you

The role is ongoing and full-time.  A base salary between $102,093.90 and $117,460.62 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) to the preferred candidate + 12.5% superannuation and a 19-day month.
