We are seeking a Project Manager to lead transformative projects that enhance how we manage data, records, and information. In this role, you’ll work with a talented team to improve systems and processes, driving meaningful change in local government.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects to improve data, records, and information management systems.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and standards for information management.
- Configure and enhance Electronic Content Management (ECM) and SharePoint Online (SPO) systems.
- Manage governance and information architecture using Microsoft 365.
- Oversee records management in compliance with legal standards and best practices.
- Mentor and lead a team, ensuring high performance and growth.
About you
- Experience in leading information management projects, ideally in local government.
- Strong knowledge of ECM, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and project delivery.
- Familiarity with records management standards and privacy laws.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL V4) are a plus.
What we offer you
- Base salary between $119,986.67 and $139,773.92 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation
- 2-year contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- 19-day month
