We are seeking a dynamic and organised Administration Officer – City Culture to join our team at Rosny Farm.

This exciting role will provide administrative support to the delivery of arts and events programs that engage and enrich our local community.

About you

  • Demonstrable understanding of office procedures and practices, including the ability to acquire and apply knowledge.
  • Well-developed digital literacy skills and the ability to adeptly use technology to facilitate service provision and collaboration.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to apply the principles of the organisation’s customer service framework to all activities.
  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills, and the capability to apply those skills across a broad range internal and external customer interactions.

What we offer you

This is a temporary 12-month contract on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).

A base salary between $66,218.98 and $73,292.57 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) to the preferred candidate + 12.5% superannuation and a 19-day month.
