Request for a No permit required assessment

• I have examined all title documents for the Property, including but not limited to the Certificate of Title and Schedule of Easements and am satisfied that this application is not prevented by any restrictions on the title documents.
• I authorise the provision of a copy of any documents relating to this application to any person for the purposes of assessment. I agree to arrange for the permission of the copyright owner of any part of this application to be obtained. I have arranged permission for council’s representatives to enter the Property to assess this application.
• I declare that the information in this application and any attached plans and supporting documentation is true and correct.

• I acknowledge that the documentation submitted in support of this application will become a public record held by council and may be reproduced by council in both electronic and hard copy format to facilitate the assessment process and to allow council to fulfil its statutory obligations.
• I acknowledge that the certification is provided on the basis of the provisions of the planning scheme at the time and does not guarantee that these provisions may not change into the future.
