Clarence City Council is well aware that SKM Recycling has been declared insolvent. SKM Recycling undertakes the recycling waste processing for the City. The Council will monitor the situation closely but is currently waiting for advice as to what this means for SKM Recycling’s Hobart based operations. In the meantime, our kerbside waste collections are continuing as normal and we encourage everyone to keep recycling as usual.
