The Greater Hobart Councils – Clarence, Glenorchy, Hobart and Kingborough – and the Tasmanian Government have been working together as part of the Greater Hobart Committee to develop our draft Vision for Greater Hobart to 2050.
The Vision aims to reflect not only the varied and individual nature of the four communities that make up Greater Hobart, but also to celebrate what brings our communities together.
We are now seeking your feedback on this draft Vision.
We want to know what makes Greater Hobart the place it is, what you love about your community, what you’d like our future to look like, and importantly, does this draft Vision cover your expectations of how you want your capital city to be in 2050?
The draft Vision will be open for public consultation until Monday, 26 April 2021 and we encourage all community members and interested stakeholders to get involved and have your say.
